In the pre-sale, we analyze the customer's needs so that we can design a machine with customizations that fully meet the needs of the end user.
At the time of the machine construction, we always keep the customer up to date on all stages and any necessary modification will be communicated to the customer before it is executed.
In post-sales, it is expected that OMPSA operators will be concerned with the installation of the machine and will train customer staff in using it.
For any problem, the customer can call directly to OMPSA and, depending on the problem reported, can immediately contact our specialized technicians. When the phone call is not sufficient, a visit to your home will be arranged promptly
